Keyholding – We can source quotes for work and babysit tradesmen, oversee meter readings, collect and forward post, and carry out periodical security checks.
Cleaning – If the house will be unoccupied for long periods, we can clean and air the house on a regular or ad hoc basis - as often as you feel appropriate. We also offer a pre- and post- stay service. Before you arrive we will clean the house and make the beds, put on the hot water, and heating if necessary. After you leave we will clean and close down the house, deal with the refuse, and launder the linen. Some of our clients rent out their properties either to family members or paying guests.
